About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead the market introduction of our newly developed system. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to independently close significant deals, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. This role offers a competitive basic salary plus commission, providing high earning potential for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Present and demonstrate the system to prospective clients, articulating its value proposition and addressing client needs.
- Negotiate and close large-scale deals independently, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Track sales activities, report progress, and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to close large deals independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Remuneration
Basic salary plus attractive commission structure, with uncapped earning potential based on performance.
