Our Refunds Policy

All events organised by JASMIZA SOLUTIONS SDN BHD or on behalf of our event partners will adhere to the policies outlined in this section, which are based on the categories of events and purchases made through https://www.jasmizasolutions.com.my or https://www.competencymatrix.my both hereinafter referred to as JASMIZA SOLUTIONS SDN BHD's website. Should additional rules and regulations be explicitly published for an event, these rules will supersede or be added to the general guidelines specified in this refund policy.

Note that circumstances beyond the control of the conference organisers may necessitate speaker or topic substitutions, alterations, or cancellations. JASMIZA SOLUTIONS SDN BHD reserves the right, if necessary, to alter or modify the advertised presenters and/or topics. The event website will be updated as soon as feasible to reflect any substitutions or alterations. When JASMIZA SOLUTIONS SDN BHD provides non-tangible, irrevocable services, we do not offer refunds once the order has been completed. You are responsible for comprehending our refund policy as a customer before purchasing any services from our website.

However, we acknowledge that extraordinary circumstances can arise. Therefore, we accommodate requests for refunds or transfers of services to third parties when the following conditions apply:

FOR MODULES, PUBLICATIONS, TICKET PURCHASES, OR ANY EVENT INVOLVING DIRECT DOWNLOAD OR ONLINE RESOURCE ACCESS:

No refund will be issued once a purchase or reservation has been paid for. The notification period for such transfers shall be specified in the event-specific rules and regulations published during the registration period.

For all contests, festivals, conventions, and workshops:

After payment has been made, you may rescind your registration and receive a partial refund, provided that:

• A valid reason for the cancellation, such as illness or a family emergency. The decision to grant a refund will be made on a case-by-case basis, and the organiser may request supporting documentation to facilitate the approval.

• A 30% processing fee will be retained for authorised refund requests submitted before the event's registration deadline.

• If a partial refund is granted, 50% of the fees paid will be retained as a processing charge if the request is made after the event's registration deadline.

• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event or for no-shows will be issued.

• Approved refunds will only be transmitted back to the participant's bank account, which the participant must provide within 30 days of the approval email acknowledgement.

• A substitute attendee is permitted for conferences and seminars, provided the participant notifies the event organiser via email before the event's deadline. Suppose a substitute attendee attends the event with less than fourteen days' notice or without any notice from the participant. In that case, no certificate of attendance will be provided unless requested for a fee of RM20 per certificate (not including postage).

PAYMENT POLICY:

The registration process is only complete once full payment is received. Payment must be received 10 business days after submitting the registration form to ensure the registration is not cancelled due to incompleteness. Substitutions of enrolled attendees are permitted according to the above guidelines (only for conferences and workshops).
